1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the h786 platform — whether through the website or the mobile application — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on h786 — across Sports Betting, Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and all other markets — are subject to the following general rules as well as the specific market rules applicable to each event.

• Bets are only accepted from registered, logged-in account holders with sufficient balance at the time of placement.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by h786, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. The confirmed odds at the time of placement are binding.

For Cricket and PSL specifically: match result markets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB or ICC). In the event of a rain-affected match, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result is used where applicable. Super Overs are included in match result settlement unless the market specifically states otherwise.

h786 may suspend or close betting markets at any point without prior notice if required for integrity reasons, due to changes in event status, or to manage risk appropriately.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and card withdrawals.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed until the balance meets the required amount.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. If your account has not completed the required verification steps, your withdrawal will be held until verification is complete.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of illegitimate funds
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same person
• Request for self-exclusion by the account holder
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting h786 support. Where an account is closed in good standing — with no outstanding violations — any remaining verified balance will be returned to the originating payment method after applicable processing checks are completed.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, h786 reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending investigation. If fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, forfeiture of the balance may apply.

11. Limitation of Liability
